Manual Data Entry Spreadsheet

This spreadsheet enables the PI-SDK to send data to a PI Server. Currently, the spreadsheet supports integer, real, and string data types.

This spreadsheet relies on the PI-DataLink connection in Microsoft Excel for user permissions. If the currently logged in user does not have write access, the PI Server rejects the data unless a user with permission is specified. The SDK based version now writes to the default PI Server or any other server in the known servers table. The default PI Server is defined in the connections dialog box of PI-DataLink and is shown in the Write to PI button.
